Here are a couple tower suggestions for Tower Defense
PLEASE NOTE: At the bottom of this post there is a website, on that website is all the base tower designs (built by me myself :P), so yeah you might wanna check that out!
**Cost to place/upgrade is in coins, not points**
KEYS:
LTL = LONGER THAN LEECH.
CTP = COST TO PLACE.
CTU = COST TO UPGRADE.
Cactus Tower:
Similar to mage tower, but deals slightly less damage, it does, however, inflect damage 0.3x faster and affects all mobs. Inflicts damage for 5seconds.
Cactus Tower I: Recharge = 5secs. Time being 'cactused' (burned) = 2secs. CTP: 200.
Cactus Tower II: Recharge = 2.5secs. Time being 'cactused' (burned) = 3secs. CTU: 125.
Cactus Tower III: Recharge = 1.25secs. Time being 'cactused' (burned) = 3.5secs. CTU: 175.
Cactus Tower IV: Recharge = 1sec. Time being 'cactused' (burning) = 4secs. CTU: 200.
Unlockable with points: No (automatically unlocked).
Weakness Tower:
Affects all mobs in a 5x5 area and gives them lower damage for 3seconds.
Weakness Tower I: Recharge = 5secs. Time being weakened = 3secs. Area = 5x5. CTP: 250.
Weakness Tower II: Recharge = 4secs. Time being weakened = 4secs. Area = 6x6. CTU: 150.
Weakness Tower III: Recharge = 3secs. Time being weakened = 5secs. Area = 7x7. CTU: 225.
Unlockable with points: Yes. Cost: 400-500 points.
Volcanic Tower:
Affects nearby monsters with poison constantly (due to toxic ash :P), after 5-6 mins the tower errupts, causing massive damage in a given area, also burns them, After this, the tower restarts the cycle and erupts again in the next 5-6 mins etc.
Volcanic Tower I: Eruption Countdown = 6mins. Poison Area = 7x7. Eruption Area: 10x10. CTP: 1000.
Volcanic Tower II: Eruption Countdown = 5mins. Poison Area = 8x8. Eruption Area: 12x12. CTU: 500.
Volcanic Tower III: Eruption Countdown = 4mins. Poison Area = 9x9. Eruption Area: 14x14 CTU: 600.
Unlockable with points: Yes. Cost: 1250-1750 points.
Energy Tower:
Charges up by zapping nearby monsters like a leech, but does not damage them. It also takes 2x longer to charge up. After it is charged up, all surrounding towers will have all their stats buffed by 20%-30% for 30-60 seconds.
Energy Tower I: Charge Time: 2x LTL. Affect Area: 10x10. Buffed By: 20%. Buffed For: 30secs. CTP: 2000.
Energy Tower II: Charge Time: 1.5x LTL. Affect Area: 15x15. Buffed By: 25%. Buffed For: 45secs. CTU: 600.
Energy Tower III: Charge Time: 1.15x LTL. Affect Area: 20x20. Buffed By: 30%. Buffed For: 60secs. CTU: 650
Unlockable with points: Yes. Cost: 2000-2500 points.
Elemental Tower:
Charges up by zapping them like a leech but does 50% less damage. takes 2.5 times longer to charge up. After charged up it deals massive damage to the entire map, It the poisons, burns, slows and strikes all enemy monsters on the map with lighting. This obviously causes immense damage everywhere.
*Burn, poison and slow time = BPST. (Always strikes lightning once and always does 2x more damage than level IV Zeus tower no matter what level tower it is.)
Elemental Tower I: Charge Time: 2.5x LTL. Zap Damage: 70% LTL. BPST: 5secs. CTP: 2000
Elemental Tower II: Charge Tine: 2x LTL. Zap Damage: 60% LTL. BPST: 6.5secs. CTU: 800
Elemental Tower III. Charge Time: 1.5x LTL. Zap Damage: 50% LTL. BPST: 8secs. CTU: 850
Unlockable With Points: Yes. Cost: 2000-3000 points.
BONUS SUGGESTION:
Strength Potion: This is a potion that when thrown makes your monsters do 50% more damage, makes pathway have red clay (e.g speed makes pathway have ice).
EXP COST: 350. COIN COST: 500 per potion.
