I think that cubecraft should create something on forums which tells the top 3 voters of the month and whoever gets the most at the end, gets a voucher either for a rank or cublets. This would encourage people to vote, making the server more well-known and more players coming on to the server.

I think we should do it for iron rank, that would motivate pretty much every single stone to vote MASSIVLEY(e.g once every day)
