Team kick

Or instead of joining a team, why aren't all the teams empty like every beginning of a game but you have to make them by yourself. A little bit like UHC back in days. Let's say you do /team create 8 (<- number of team, can't go higher than the normal possibilities) let's say ImABubblehead, DutchLemur, zDutchie and Mooofin. If you make a team all the players you mentioned in your command will be added to your team. The other persons who don't join a team will be added to a random team (just like it is now)

Maybe, but when the game is full, instead of waiting 10 seconds to get in your cage, you can maybe make it 15-20 to get in your cage so you have enough time to maybe make a team.

Don't you know that feeling, when you have a team of, let's say, 6 people, you join a map with 6 slots per team, and then, only 5 of you fit in the team because a random guy joined your team? Well, I do! And that's what my suggestion is for!
Mi idea is to have a /teamkick command (in the pre-game lobby, where you choose team and kit) to kick the random guy that joined you!

How does it work?
One of you do /teamkick, then, a message will appear:
(Ign of the player that requested the kick) requested to kick (IGN) from your team, do you agree?
[Yes] [No]

Then, when ALL of the teammates accepted, that guy will be kicked from the team.



WARNING! To be able to kick that guy, EVERY PLAYER ON THAT TEAM (except the one that gets kicked obviously), should vote yes! One negative vote would automatically deny the request.

hmmm how about 2 player maps? your vote is enough you and a random guy
you vote for him to get kicked they see everyone in the team voted for the kick because everyone but the guy who will get kicked
so i say 3 player maps+ ONLY!

I do not agree to this suggestion. As they can troll kick you and that will be really annoying to other players.

This is on csgo and let me put it this way. When I met russians, I got kicked after 2 games and i was carrying them and top fragger so yeah. This will be abused xD

What if the random player is in team 4 and you and your friends also want to be in that team,...you see where I'm going right?
Of course it's not always based on a "favorite" team number or colour.

This suggestion can be unfair and rude towards players at some times
