SOLVED {Bedrock} how to complete "creature cosplay" quest?

How do I complete the Creature Cosplay quest?
Quest:
Wear skeleton skull, zombie skull, creeper skull.
I tried wearing them all and it didn't work any help?

I, also on bedrock, got credit for wearing them when I placed them down on blocks.

I remember thinking that having only one of each at a time might have had something to do with it. The fact that they stack on ones already in my inventory might of some how affected them. I thought that by placing them and breaking them I could like reset them and then I could wear them. But as soon as I placed them all down, it completed.
