Java Simple change to skyblock

Why on earth cant we sell an inventory of something at a time on skyblock or even shiftclick and inverntory of items out of chests into our inventory's at a time

the first one is just chill to have
and the second one is a basic thing in minecraft.

The first suggestion would be nice to have.
The second one is already a feature in vanilla MC. Unfortunately due to a bug is the Minecraft game itself some versions have this feature bugged (Or at least that's what I heard)

I agree to the shift+LMB to sell everything you have from that item from your inventory, actually I was just about to post it myself since I had been playing with the idea for a day or two.
Anyways, I'd like the shiftclick method to take everything out of a chest and/or inventory to be implemented too.
I know it's possible, like HackersDontWin said, in vanilla MC. I tried some versions, believing it just might not work in the version I'm playing on, but didn't work in 1.12 and 1.15.
Hope this gets resolved and added "quick".
