Report page not working

Hello, I am trying to submit a report, but I cannot submit it since it states the video is not a valid YouTube video. It is under 5 minutes, and it is an actual video.

is it possible its because the video is set to private, if that's not the case then people still can't see whats wrong because as previously mentioned... private.
