Implemented PvP waiting time

Hey everyone!

I've played some more PvP recently, and I got pretty annoyed by the 40/40 rule.
My solution to this is: If someone with a rank higher then stone wants to join a full PvP game, the player who's been AFK the longest, gets kicked out of the game to make place for the new player.

Or make an afk-system in which every player afk for longer then 5 minutes get kicked!

But
Players with a rank should not be above others in that type of things
I have emerald rank and I know how it is to be stone
So if this would be updated when I am a stone I would stop playing pvp
