    Implemented PvP waiting time

    Hey everyone! I've played some more PvP recently, and I got pretty annoyed by the 40/40 rule. My solution to this is: If someone with a rank higher then stone wants to join a full PvP game, the player who's been AFK the longest, gets kicked out of the game to make place for the new player.
