As said above, it is not possible;

That's not possible. They're not going to transfer the rank.

But try contacting sales@cubecraft.net and see if they can do anything. Keep in mind that it might take several days to get a reply.

Transferring ranks is not even possible, so I'm not sure how you transferred the rank to another account. However, you can try contacting support@cubecraft.net via email, but the chances of you getting a rank transfer is very low.
