Can someone help me with my Obsidian rank? I purchased an obsidian rank maybe 1 hour ago. But i dont get it? I purchased it for my friend and me. But she dont get it either. Plz help me!

There are possibly some issues which can increase the amount of time to get your rank. If you don't get it, follow @iCheeetah his steps.

Wait 24h max and if you don't get it after 24h, take action.

Maybe try to relog first?
You should get an email with all sort of information about your purchase. Please check your inbox. You should be able to find your transaction ID there too;).

You need to enter an email adress while buying your rank, check the inbox of the correct email address you gave. You should automatically receive an email after your purchase. If you are 100% sure you didn't receive one, wait 24 hours like said above and check again before taking any action.
One more question, did you check if your money was successfully transferred to see if the payment was successful?

Try messaging someone from the staff with your paypal e-mail so they can check if the transaction is real ?!
