New colour for reports

As you guys know the current report colours are Green=Handled and Red=Closed

I've recently reported a few players for spamming and I check back today and they were close because they are already punished.

I figure the continue of red colours aren't so nice...

So maybe yellow means the player your reported was already punished, so it's doesn't feel like your making a false report :/

What do you guys think?

Yellow wouldn't work very well as it isn't easy to read, I have made it blue so hopefully that is better for you.
