Lucky Islands Problem

Hi! I have been waiting to play lucky islands for a very long time. I am having a problem though. When teleported to the lobby, and once I accept the resource pack, all my blocks turn black and some blocks disappear. I am currently using version 1.9.2, I have no other resource packs being used, and I also have no mods installed. Is there any way to fix this? This is what it looks like when I try to play:

First, try adjusting all the settings in your video settings. Render distance is a main one that has cause the problem for me. try shading aswell.

Update: None of the suggestions listed above have shown any change. My screen still turns black even after changing render distance and various other settings. Are there any other things I should try?

So I would try navigating to your .minecraft folder. To do that press win+r then type"%appdata%" without the quotes. Press enter and then find .minecraft. From there look for server resource packs, or something along those lines, and delete all of the files. Then relog into the server and re-download the pack. I'm not sure if that'll work, but it might ;)

Play on standard 1.9. That will fix the issue most likely. @FalseHonesty I love how you always have these complicated solutions and my simple ones usually work.

Well, I think it fits here as well as the bug reports section. We don't really know if it is a server glitch or his technical issue. So I'll leave it be for now.

It would probably be my technical issue, because this has happened to me on one other occasion on a different server. Nonetheless, I hope I can get this fixed in the future, and thank you for the suggestions.

As of the new Lucky Islands update that came out recently, the texture pack will still not load for me. I am using 1.9.4, with no Optifine or those kinds of mods. I have tried the options listed above, but still, nothing has come up. Are there anymore things I can try to fix my problem?
