How to get unban on Cubecraft Bedrock Edition?

Hello,
I received a chat ban about a year ago on cubecraft.net of the Bedrock Edition. Means I can write something in the chat, but the messages can't be seen by the other players. I thought the ban would go away over time, but after a year I still have it and I am also level 42 so I don't want to just use another XBox account.

Q: How do I get banned or remove my chat ban on Cubecraft Bedrock Edition?

You can quote 2 messages in one post to avoid multiple posts for something that can be done in one message ;)

Anyway, you're currently not muted, so I'd advise you to read the article (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...rvers-ex/c37fe105-3359-4b76-b73c-95321839022f) about ghost mutes as you're not muted.

I literally don’t know WHY this is the fix to shadow mute but it is... I have been shadow muted for 8 months and it never went away either. Watch this video:

No this is not a server problem. Shadow mute is a bug in minecraft bedrock that only Microsoft/mojang can solve (and theyre too lazy to solve). You cannot simply appeal it. This also affects all features servers. Use the video above. It works and it’s the only known way.
