You can try to change your current button to other one, but overall, as someone said above, it's a characteristic of a good pvper.

you can try to jitter click that is the best method that is close to normal clicking you can possibly get it gives you around 7-13 cps depends on how long you practice or you can just normal click on the end of your mouse so it creates a bounce in your click button that costs your mouse to double click if you click a mouse in a sergeant way the button will shake and the mouse hardware will register 2 clicks in Minecraft when you just clicked once it is great for PVP and will also give you 7-13 cps. hope for you this was helpful!
