I'm really sorry that your Emerald rank is gone.. hope you get your account back! If not, you can always find a new one, and you can always earn a new rank on competitions and stuff. ;)

Also, what you can do is:
• Restart your router completely (there should be a little button behind or under it)
• Change your IP address using a VPN (I think VPN Gate will do the job for you)
• After you get your account back, change your password and security questions. Do NOT give these out to anyone, not even your friends, especially don't leave your password anywhere on the Internet, even on the websites you trust.

hey jammer dat je gehackt bent ik hoop je snel weer blij ter zien en met je account terug, als je je account terug hebt en ik ben unban lijkt het me leuk om een keertje een potje te doen :). en ik snap dat je er 2 nachten niet van kon slapen maar blijf positief doe ik ook ik heb ban en obsidian maar ik blijf positief en dat heeft mijn ban blijkbaar verminderd naar 6 maanden het helpt dus! blijf positief, probeer te slapen en ik hoop dat je je account snel terug krijgt!

Also, get a good antivirus software, preferably with a firewall, but Windows Firewall should also do the trick. I recommend ESET's NOD32, Kaspersky, or Avast.
