These are some of my eggwars kit ideas, let me know what you think.

Fishermen:

Items: 1 Fishing rod
Cost: 750 Points

Spider:

Items: 6 Cobwebs
Cost: 400 Points

I like both of these ideas. Not too OP but they also can be helpful in game. +1

Like Unipotato said, they arent too OP, which is nice.
Tgey are also well balanced in my opinion.

Cobwebs are really useful in a situation where you're being chased by multiple people or you're under-geard ;p

The spider kit is a pretty good idea

I do like the ideas, but i don't know if the price for 1 fishing rod will be 750 points, maybe with some enchants but i like them :)
Rod Spam will also happen maybe but there are also bow spammers etc.

Like @ISEETHROUGHYOU said, it's used for situations to trap people or when you're undergeared.

As for a fishing rod, unlike snowballs and eggs as well as bows, fishing rod has a limited range and takes roughly 2 seconds to reach your target instead of a bow which the arrow lands almost instantly if not shot far away, and I don't think it does damage either.

For 1.9, I thought fishing rods still knocks players? (I know they don't damage them)

There may be a lot of people who "Rod spam" so it may make a lot of people mad

I tried to make it balanced so it cost the most points out of all the kits because some may believe it's OP. As for rod spammers, there are bow spammers which are much worst, and if someone is spamming the rod at you when you're building to their island, just build upwards so they can't reach you.

I suggested the fishing rod kit awhile ago and not ine that rrsponded liked it out of many responses

The cobwebs are useless in my opinion because they were made breakable it only slows someone down by like 2 steps

Could stop people who uses pickaxes only to fight and destroy eggs, and if you get them stuck good, you could land a few hits on em.

Cobwebs are extremely powerful.
You can do multiple things with them:
-Negate all fall damage when you place it underneath you
-You can run on a bridge and turn around to place a web, effectively having anyone chasing you killed as you can spleef them after that
-Make traps to trap teams to a point where you can get a good amount of decent hits in.

And fishing rods are pretty much useless in 1.9 CC as it doesn't deal KB nor reel people in.
In 1.8 however, fishing rods can guarantee you the first it, which will probably be too much for a kit.

There are a lot of people who think the price is expensive, and since it's useless in 1.9 I've heard, I might make it 700 or 650, but lots of people also say it's too OP, and I agree too that if you know how to use a rod it can be very powerful.

In 1.8 however, fishing rods can guarantee you the first it, which will probably be too much for a kit.

1. Dont forget the fact that using a fishing rod effectively requires skill (to a degree). IMO it would make the game better

2. Make the rods have 10 durability or something to make it harder to use
