so this is just a small suggestion

Reduce the win effects to a lower level, the problem is i have a strong computer that can power through things most players would get alot of lag from however win effects completely trash my fps beyond use making it impossible to even say gg or on some occasions crashing my game altogether or kicking me out of the server because of a simple lost connection, the more players in a game the worse it is

So whats the suggestion? Reduce the "potency" of the win effects if thats confusing here is an example

Lets say a win effect set off 10 fireworks at once, to better the fps try lowering the amount launched at a time say 2-3 firework blasts so if you have 20 players that would be 200 fireworks all at once going off, but if say 2-3 fireworks went off youd only have 40-60 fireworks this would definetly improve the fps abit more for some players like myself at the end of a game

Why does it matter if it's at the end of a game and it's only for a few seconds?

This is a very small issue, it wouldn't hurt to update it though.

I know how it feels to have a weak computer.
Fireworks can be negated with Optifine.
I'm almost certain that everyone knows how to install Optifine, as it's almost the first thing a player does.
Most of the win effects you run into are a very short animation too, with little to no particles.
Not all people are allowed to download stuff on their computer, a friend of mine for example.

These win effects brought my fps to 3. It won't be a huge change and I don't see a negative side about this.

The lag it creates takes it like 20 seconds just to pruduce one firework which means it takes a minute and a half to process the whole win sequence

When you lose frames it doesn't slow the game down, the game is still operating in real time it's just that you're receiving it slower. So, it would take the same time for you and everyone else.

This is a nice Suggestion but you can set the Particles to "Decreased" or "Minimal" with Optifine (That I think 99% of the People that play Minecraft have it).
