Cubecraft has violated by fourteenth Amendment Rights

Hey, Cubecraft has not adhered to the doctrine of substantive due process while banning me! A doctored edited video of myself flying on Eggwars was released, but it was actually me walking on glass, the texture of which was transparent on the guy’s resource pack! Cubecraft has violated my Constitutionally Guaranteed Rights by not giving me a right to fair trial or presumption of innocence. I am at the mercy of moderators that neither follow any precedent in granting unbans nor any rules. Rather, they operate arbitrarily and are therefore constitutionally invalid.

Please unban mod!!!
