Suggestion: no cooldown when we remove a post.
Example

I will try not to make spelling mistakes anymore sorry no ban :v

Another suggestion (by @ArianaGrande ):
-Reduce the cooldown.

And another suggestion:
-For people with 0-200 messages: 60 sec cooldown (by @_Oplex_ )
-200-500: 30 sec.
-500-1000: 15 sec.
-+1000: no cooldown.
