I literally can't even understand why people liked no projectiles...like what makes skywars different from a normal loot-finding pvp arena (like say hungergames) is literally having the void be a factor in the map. Like that's pretty much it. You kill other players as usual.....but with the void being there.
And without projectiles, the void being there is pretty much just making it so u have to take the time to bridge to islands before getting to fighting other players. It's just so extra for no reason. Then you get people camping the one bridging. Like "yeah bridge 1 block closer, I'll get you", so you'd have the dude towering up and seeing how hes gonna get around the guy on the ground.
Seeing how the void is what makes skywars skywars, it should be the MAIN attraction, the main way people are eliminated from the game. I personally don't like maps with a big area for a mid (looking mostly at you, world cup map). There's this one map I believe with like pretty much all the area just being strings of blocks, and not really a main area. I like that map. Even when you get to melee pvp, people usually die due to being thrown off.
So with that in mind, how the bloody 'el do people actually vote for no projectiles. What are you here for? Go to hunger games, blockwars, battlezone, pvp, anything else really....seeing how you dont want the void to be a factor.

It might still be Skywars but it'll be a bad version of it. Projectiles is one of the most important things in Skywars and makes it Skywars.
