Chat Issues

I have an issue, it's been happening for a while now. I am able to type in chat, but other people cannot see my chat. I also have not seen anyone say anything in CubeCraft lobbies or in skywars games, how do I remedy this?

I have read one of the posts, and someone mentioned a ”shadow mute” what are these, and do they apply to me?

I joined another server, and someone could see my chat. What is the issue here?
