How were the people on the recruitment team chosen? Was it just random selection?

Uhh... I think it's based on who has good judgement on who should become the next helper.

For example, somebody who becomes Admin of PvP could add new areas to maps, introduce easter eggs

this would also allow for more suggestions to be accepted (this will likely however need some more admins than the current 4 (well technically 6 but 2 aren't actual users just @Test User and @CubeCraft but still yes)
