When you ignore someone, they can still see your profile and messages. There is no way, at the moment, for you to make sure someone isn't able to see your messages.
I think it's a good idea to either add an option to block someone, so they cannot see your messages. Or to change the ignore option. So if this ''ignore'' gets changed they can't see your messages, once you ignore someone.
I know that when you ignore someone you can't see their notifications nor messages but sometimes you don't want others to see your messages as well.
(Obviously, if Cube decided to add a 'Block' option there is no need to change the 'Ignore' option
