Could smokers be added to skyblock it would help with cooking quests

Good idea. Would make it much easier to simply cook food. Not exactly something people think is needed, but would be a minor, yet helpful, addition. +1

im well aware that i can make more furnaces but then i would need a lot more coal production

to speed up the growth of crops by making bonemeal we can have different level of bonemeal to speed up different amount of time

Yes it can be considered as one but i think it would be different than normal boosters because the player would be the one to make bonemeal right unlike the normal boosters that would be provided by the system

They aren't in Village and Pillage because of stability so those items aren't obtainable until they update to it.
