Java Add blue lether leggings for Samurai

I think it's necessary to add blue lether leggings for Samurai, and decrease the protection level on the other armors for balance.

Only Samurai's leggings slot is EMPTY in all the kits. It's strange. Also, decreasing the other armors' protection level will make it more expensive for shoppers to shop for OP armors.
