Disclaimer: Most of these suggestions are made with Bedrock in mind. I'm not sure how differently the game is played on Java.

I'm here to provide some QoL suggestions to help improve BedWars if the next update is planned for the game. This game does have potential in this server, that's why I made this suggestion.
1: Add 8 team maps for Solo and Duos [Bedrock only]
This fixes the pacing of the game for some of us who don't enjoy the game because it's too fast. It makes matches much more interesting. I found it strange for the game to only have 4 teams instead of 8 in Solo and Duos. Java will not receive this due to low player counts.
A photo of Fairytale from EggWars Duos is used as an example:
2: Add favorite items category
This allows players to save time especially at the start of the game to buy their stuff quickly before leaving their base to attack other teams or to get diamonds.
3: The shop should not open the last tab you were on
The shop right now opens the last tab you're on, which is so annoying since you could, for example, end up buying multiple stone swords instead of wool. They need to fix that so it opens blocks by default.
4: Rebalance some stuff
Some stuff in the game are too expensive or too strong.
Examples:
- Terracotta should not have blast resistance, this defeats the purpose of blast proof glass.
- Wool should cost 5 iron for 16 wool, so you get 32 wool for 10.
- Pickaxe should cost 10 gold instead of 20.
- Healing hat should cost 30 gold instead of 20 because of how powerful it is.
- Add a cap to totems and turrets so players can't abuse them
5: Make base alarm a team upgrade instead of being active by default
Because alarms are always on, you cannot sneak into enemy bases to get their bed, since they know you're on the way.
6: Replace Iron Age team upgrade with haste
So that we can buy iron tools at the shop instead and to allow all players to break blocks faster.
7: Add more shop UI options [Bedrock only]
Some people would prefer to use the Chest UI shop or the Modal UI shop used in EggWars. This suggestion also applies to EggWars. You should be able to select this setting through the settings menu in the lobby.
8: Let all players start with leather armor by default, remove it from the shop
This makes it so players can survive at least one more hit before being killed, and makes protection upgrade helpful at the start since all players have armor. That 20 iron can be used to buy blocks and a stone sword.
9: Increase the generator speed in Normal modifier
Right now the generator is too slow in Normal modifier, especially in Solo mode. Speeding it up slightly helps improve the pacing of the game.
10: Add colored bed icons for different team colors in the scoreboard
Right now, all bed icons on the scoreboard has the same color (red). Adding more colors to each team makes it look much nicer. I made one back last year:
11: Add a sound when enemy beds are broken and when enemy teams are eliminated
There's no sound for when both of those events happen and we rely on sound cues for important events in the match. Adding a sound for both of them will fix it.
12: Add ender chests to bases
So that way we can keep our resources so we don't have to always carry them around and teammates can't steal them from you.
