A Power Ranger's Guide to Blockband​

I've been meaning to make a guide to this game for a while and now I'm going to do it. This guide will attempt to go over everything Blockband :D​

Getting Started​

Get started by entering blockband game via your compass. And selecting a song with your jukebox. :P​

How to Play!​

Hit notes that are coming down the fretboard using your hotbar keys. Get multiple notes hit in a row to achieve a higher point multiplier. On the side of the fret board is meter showing how much "juice" you have. Activate this juice by jumping. Blockband is a very @Ping Ether reliant game so it is preferred to have very good connection to cubecraft (I play with about 180 ms according to 5zig.)​

Recommended Controls and Techniques​

Blockband's default controls are very bad so I recommend changing your controls​

Start with changing your frets to center in the setting area. This will make it less of a problem if you use your hotbar keys in other games.​

Wood - 1 Star (Less than 80%)​

Iron - 2 Stars (Greater than 80%)​

Gold - 3 stars (Unspecified High Multiplier)​

Diamond - 5 stars (100%)​

Specific Tips: A really easy song to get diamond do not make any mistakes such as hit a note that is not there.

Specific Tips: During the middle part of the song make sure you hit the keys with a enough force as with those fast notes its very easy just to skim over a key.

Specific Tips: Not much to say other than at the end make sure not to play the timpani and trumpet notes too quickly.

Additional Tips​

1. Sometimes lifting your hand off your keyboard so that your wrist isn't resting may make you more accurate in slow sections (more of a piano thing)

2. You do not necessarily need to stroke a key as fast as it appears to still hit it. The game accounts for you hitting it anyway. (Especially apparent in 8 bit)

3. With quick double notes (notes that appear together on the screen) stroke the key earlier than you would think :P
