Hey everyone,

Just wanted to post a quick follow-up because the reaction so far has been 100% positive. Every reply, every comment, and every piece of feedback has shown that the community genuinely supports this topic and wants to see Partner Applications addressed.
Even though staff have seen this post we havent got the response were all wainting for.
Cubecraft really needs to step up the game with social media and there server in general
and re opening partner aplications would be a step forward, as a community I think we would all want answers to these questions

1. Why Partner Applications have been closed for so long
2. What was the reason for the closure
3. If there’s a plan to reopen them
4. What the current vision for partnerships looks like
5. What Steps would the community need to do to reopen them

The community is clearly behind this, and everyone is being respectful and supportive. It would mean a lot to hear an update from the team and in my opinion its a no brainer to reopen the aplications.

Thanks again to everyone who’s contributed so far and hopefully we can get some insight soon!

I don't wanna burst your bubble but cubecraft probably not ever gonna reopen the partner program again. Many former partners like privqted and relatednoobs said many times that cube was never going to reopen the program and while they were still partners there were talks among the cube admins about closing the program. Cube has been completely silent on it for almost 2 years now. It would encourage content creation to reopen the program, but it's most likely a money issue for them. From laying off their own workers to adding subscription ranks they clearly are doing their best to scrape up money. Even with big youtubers in the partner program it still obviously wasn't enough of a benefit to them. Now that there is virtually no cubecraft content creation they're not gonna use their time and energy on something that will hardly make money. It sucks but realistically the program won't reopen until cube sees a monetary benefit to it

Well put Clovate, I partially agree but I don't see a loss of value for reopening the partner program as smaller servers which will have less funding and money are able to pull this of extremely well

I definitely agree! Cubecraft has made some questionable business decisions and money is just my speculation. It doesn’t really seem to be that much of a problem for them to reopen the program but time and time again I’ve seen all of their former partners really emphasize that they’re not gonna reopen the program. It’s still nice to hope though

Whatever the exact reason was, it’s worth remembering that the program was closed for a reason. It’s unlikely something like that would be shut down without serious consideration, so reopening it wouldn’t make much sense unless whatever issues led to its closure were fully addressed.

I obviously get why the community would want it back, but realistically a decision like this is something that would need to be discussed amongst the senior staff and likely their previous decision to close it would remain unless there was a significant reason to overturn that decision.

Either way, I agree that some clarity on the reasoning and the current direction would go a long way in helping people understand why the decision was made and what, if anything, could happen going forward. Even a post from staff saying that the program won't open up again would be helpful in being transparent with the community
