Block wars games tend to be too long winded with even a couple layers of protection in the vast majority of games, I'm going to take a punt and say that this is intentional map design to reduce the amount of layers around a core.

Unless you have yourself worked with any project in Java yourself, you shouldn't talk about "hard to detect players" it can be. Overall Sentinel has been doing a lot of work but that by no means makes it "good". More hackers are coming and unless IP bans etc. take effect, it's useless.

Agree completely. There is almost no motivation to play Assassins anymore and is becoming the dying game in Cubecraft. Unless anything drastic changes, I bet it will be the next game to get removed.
