Currently, the only way to know whether Leap Feather and Fire Blast are off cooldown is to try using them, which can be inconvenient,
It would be really helpful to add a visible cooldown indicator for both abilities, similar to the one used for wands in Lucky Islands, so players can easily tell when each ability is ready to use again.
