on your birthday u should be able to fit a max size party regardless of rank. In pkayer settings you can enter ur dob sans the year and that will be your birthday. U also get happy birthday messages in the lobby.

Maybe you can only have this birhtday party if your have a linked account?
So you can't keep changing your birthday
