Deleting Old Forums Accounts

Pretty simple forums suggestion, delete any accounts have haven't been active in the past 365 days. That would open up a bunch of names that are taken.

That's for people who watch the forums and don't really reply, the accounts I want deleted would be people that haven't even logged on for 365 days.

Only proper dead accounts maybe. Dead being based off of a message count being below 10 as hgbf mentioned, or something else. If I had to guess, maybe 3/4th of all of the accounts look like this:

;( 99% of them have 0 messages

Maybe just have their names automatically changed to some random string instead so they can still get to their account if they ever one day come back.
