account compromised perm banned?

Hello cubecraft i got ramdomly banned it says my account is compromised and i have to reset my password i did do that but iam still perm banned Can you guys please help me out?

simply changing your password dosent get you unbanned you have to appeal after changing it, idk where players get that idea

Guy, don't lie.
You were hacking or you are unfair banned by the anticheat.

Compromised account isnt triggered by sentinel, its the system, it does this when it detects your account logging in from a different ip which is as easy as resetting your router
