We should change it to muted because kicking is not fair if the person is making a mistake...
Therefor it should be like this...
1- Warrning
2- Mute 1 Minute
3- Mute 5 Minute
4- Kick and Mute for 10 minutes

I don't get this
the point of muting a player is that to help people on the server not be offended and for all the younger people on the server
you are giving them a warning so it is completely fair and for things you don't give them a warning for it is obvious they shouldn't be personally attacking you or trying to scam you
this is just encouraging players to be mean, and to try to scam players

I fully understand the topic but I don't think you understand me.....

Just warn the player if he/she is spamming, I think it's good as it is now and there are no changes needed.
The next time you see a player spamming, then please warn him and if he continues, then report him/her.

I am just rying to say that it might be a good idea if all the mutes do not get stored in all the players appeal section( so it won't damage their reputation that much just like kicks do).

There is a warning.
So if they continue after the warning they get muted for 3 minutes or something. Could work.

I agree with @ItsDavey_ . A mute for 1 minute is very low.
