Speed 2?

Hello,
I was wondering or there is a class (donor only?) which gives you a (permanent?) speed 2 boost. I'm asking because I always pick the ninja class for the speed 1 boost, but yesterday there was still someone who was able to run faster than I. I'd like to know or this was legit, or wether I should make a video and report it next time I see it.

So, there is a higher ranked donor kit which gives you a permanent speed 2? because that's what it looked like.

Gold and above have Speed 3 (not 100% sure about Emerald tho)
