Adding new tag

Well, mu suggestion is to add a new rank: "Retired Staff", those that were staff and now they're not. Basically they can train (if they want) 'Helpers' and are allowed to reply reports. They can '/kick' people, but asking before to an active staff member.

I don't like the idea, due to if you retire, you lose the features of a staff member. The staff member decided to retire and leave the features behind, so why would they want to keep the features?

Well, you can still do nothing. Just have those "privileges", like a present of helped cubecraft in the past.

Most retired staff (of any place) don't really stick around much after they leave/are demoted. We honestly don't need another rank to have to deal with. It would also require having another chat that houses all of the retired staff that have the rank and someone would have to keep a watch over them so nothing goes wrong. So, this really isn't needed.

Still not a fan of it. But, I do believe that Cubecraft should give retired long lasting staff the Obsidian rank. You need to be staff for at least a year. And you need to be a hard worker.

I think it'd be kind a awkward for the demoted staff and very anoying Example: {Random name} Why are you demoted. And not 1 person but everybody is like: Why are you demoted and it'd be VERY anying if they have to read that 24/7 so sorry -1 for me
