Tower Defence is a fast-paced tower defence game in Minecraft, similar to Bloons Tower Defence.


How To Play
  • You will be matched up against another team, each team having 6 players. Your goal is to prevent your own castle from falling while trying to breach the other team's castle. Each castle starts at a health of 1000.​
  • Beside each castle are two powerful towers called the Castle Guards, these towers are similar to the turret tower in which they shoot arrows very fast. Castle Guards are disabled upon reaching Armageddon mode.​
  • Armageddon activates when the match goes on for a long time, upon activation, Castle Guards are disabled and each teams Castle removes 3/4 of it's health. Along with these downsides, occasional meteors come down from the sky blowing up man-made towers and deeming them non usable. Besides all that madness, a Wither boss comes for each castle, kill it before it gets to your castle!​
  • Teams are responsible for creating the mob waves. The mob summoner menu allows you to launch mobs. You will get zombies by default, other mobs must be unlocked by earning experience.​
  • Experience is earned by sending waves of mobs, each mob is worth a different amount of XP. XP is earned upon the mobs death.​
  • The menu allows shift-left-clicking to buy the maximum amount of mobs (12) of a kind and shift-right-clicking will remove all mobs of the selected kind.​
  • On either side of the mob pathway is the tower placement area. Right-click on this area to pull up the Tower Menu. Here, you will be able to pick and place your towers. To upgrade your towers, simply right-click a tower with your sword, and click on the anvil. Each tower goes up to 4 tiers. More towers can be bought in our shop.​
  • In the Castle Bazaar, you are able to upgrade Goldmines, upgrade swords, purchase bows and potions.​

Tips:
Cave Spider is a good starting mob for farming XP
Coordinate with your team when launching an attack, makes all the difference
When on offense use lots of potions during your large waves
15 seconds between each wave.

The timer is the XP bar if you hover over the Troop summoner.

Tip: More Mage towers do not equal more damage!! Same goes for ice towers.
Tip 2: Place towers as close together as possible

I think it's important to note some things:
1. DO NOT SPAM ARTILLERY TOWERS. The enemy will simply use flying mobs, and your line of towers will get in the way of more useful constructions.
2. The best defence involves all the towers placed at regular intervals. Mage Towers should not be placed next to each other, nor Ice Towers, but there should be enough to keep the enemies slowed and on fire most of the time.
3. Creepers' regen power makes them really good to distract the enemy. Why distract, you ask? Well, it's highly unlikely that any mob will ever reach the castle except for one:
4. GIANT IS OP. If a giant reaches your castle on Armageddon - as it must, since Giants are nearly unstoppable - then you are basically doomed to lose. Therefore:
5. Save up to get a giant just as Armageddon starts, or even before, so long as by the time the giant reaches the castle it's armageddon then it's fine. Once a Giant is released it can't be stopped except by a very exceptional team, so releasing one at Armageddon (when the castle is weak enough to be reckt by the Giant) basically guarantees a win for your team.

Tips:
1. Don't underestimate potions. If both teams spawn a giant at Armageddon, get one person to put speed potions on the other teams and get someone else to slow down the one on your side, then use regen and damaging potions as necessary.
2. It's not impossible to kill a giant. I've killed many a giants in games, it just takes slowdown potions and loads of towers. I've even managed defeating a giant without any slowdown or hitting with only well-upgraded towers in every slot.
3. If you have a rank, or a playing with people with a rank, don't let the person with a rank be the person to unlock the giant. Get a stone rank to unlock the giant, then the people with ranks can be free to upgrade their goldmines and get potions, then use /share to give the person with the giant unlocked enough money to spawn it.
4. Place towers in every spot, even if they're just cheap towers, and upgrade them as much as possible.
5. Communicate with team members, figure out tactics together to make sure you all know what you're doing, and if someone's placed a tower incredibly inconveniently, kindly ask them to remove it, it works a lot of the time.

More Tips:
- Don't underestimate Blazes & Endermites. These can be very effective if used with potions.

- You can send monsters before armageddon starts. 30Seconds to 1Minute is usually when i send them, Depending on how many speed potions I have. As long as they make it to the castle after armageddon starts.

- Kill enemies, This gets you coins. It doesn't matter if its with a tower or not. Either work.

- Send as few Zombies as possible! Linked to the previous tip, If you send zombies for XP that you don't really even need then you are just giving the enemy team more free coins. Make sure to calculate how much XP you need and only send the right amount.

- Cave Spiders & Zombie pigmen. These are the second most efficient mobs for XP Both having the same amount of XP Per gold, Zombie Pigmen will get you XP at the rate of 360xp Per 12, However cost 1440 Per 12 which can be expensive. Cave spiders can get you Half the amount of XP for Half the amount of gold, It really depends on how fast you need XP (Cavespider is 100xp to Unlock,
Zombie Pigmen is 150xp)

- Any damage done to your castle before Armageddon is negated once armageddon starts. Once armageddon starts aslong as you have Over 200 HP then any trivial damage done to your castle before Armageddon is gone, So you don't need to worry about a few monsters slipping through aslong as the Castle Guard can kill them off.

- /votekick (Name) is a command that can be used to kick team griefers from your lobby. However it requires everyone on your team (Excluding the person) to vote yes or this will not work.

- Place Ice & Mage towers behind the front line of defence, Lots of space is wasted when there are 6x6 areas, however Mage & ice towers work just as well when behind the front line. They might not have as much range, but these towers don't need it and give extra range to offensive towers.

- Zeus' Rage potion + Freezing potion is extremely effective against giants. Can't afford to unlock Zeus tower? Unlock these, Just a couple of these combos is enough to completely decimate any giant heading your way. Even more effective if there are 2 Giants next to eachother.

- Freezing Potions + Regeneration Potion If an opponent throws a freezing potion down on your mobs and you dont have a speed potion to speed them back up, Don't worry. Take this time to throw a regen potion, this will mean your mobs get twice the amount regenerated to them since they are over the area for twice as long.
(Basically, Freezing potions are great)

from my former experiences on The Chunk, giants does not release smaller mobs if it's killed while it's attacking the castle. I'm not sure if they changed it here or not.

Tips : ( not very good so please be nice :P )
1.ALWAYS place 3 TNT Towers LEVEL 4 for all at the front so that it instant kills zombies.
2.Let The Person Who Is Getting Giant Put The 3 TNT Towers At the front as they need the coins.
3.Try to get atleast 10/15c goldmine as quick as possible.
4.Try to always send the giant before the other team.
5.If u didnt sent first,its okay.Get 200exp with cave spiders ( 180EXP ) and send 4 zombies ( 20 EXP ) So it equals to 200exp.
6.IF Your Sending Giant,get extra money first.( 400c )
7.Always Be Ready.Never Ever Put the towers at the last second when the mobs come. EXAMPLE:
IMAGINE if flying mobs come,and if your prepared,you can simply just destroy them.
8.i THINK around 20 archer towers LEVEL 4 can beat 1 blaze.
9.Count to 18seconds and send the mobs again.
10.Click 'Shift','ALT and left click your mouse to send 12 mobs EXAMPLE:
When i click those buttons,it appers '12' instead of you clicking 1 at a time,
