Pretty good. The textures on the hair are amazing, but unless the hair has bangs, which in this case, it doesn't, it shouldn't overlap with the eyebrows (Also, I think the shine on both eyes are supposed to face the same direction). You're also missing some sideburns on the right side of the face, and unless the small tetris block is intentional, it should be bigger if you want it to cover the whole shirt. Oh, and the body is strangely round. I don't know if that's intentional or not. Still, he looks cool.
Second one:
The missing teeth make the smile look weird, and the head is a bit on the...rectangular side. It looks like his right eyebrow is missing, and even though the hair is covering it, there should still be part of the eyebrow that you can see. The weird thingiemabbobers on the top of the head don't look all that natural. Neither does the neckwarmer. Try using reference images to see how clothing like that would normally look.
Keep trying! Don't be afraid to look at tutorials or use reference images! Believe in the inner teamwork of waffles and pancakes, and stay gold, Ponyboy!

Anyway I would be less online in the forums and on minecraft due to exams. Now you might be asking, "Didn't it happen like a while ago?" Yes, but the school has to make me suffer by doing it every 2-3 months, so don't mind if I casually leave for like 2 weeks. Just need to suffer till end of may :D
