are LabyMod and 5zig mod banneable?

Hi, I'm not sure if labymod an 5zig mod are banneable, that's why I want to ask you.
Here is a short description :
5ZIG MOD: this mod Is just a help for you to know your armor durability and potion effects, isn't any hack or something.
LABYMOD: this mod is the same as 5zig mod, but this mod changes the 1.8 animations (blockhitting, sword, bow, etc) to 1.7 animations, I've heard that this mod is banneable in other servers because security isn't safe.
