Bedrock my personal opinion on the (not so great) new update

i logged into cc today, with 1600 minecoins ready to buy the battle arena rank, then come to my surprise that its now a subscription?!!! listen i get beta games having a sub because the games are ever changing, but bedwars was unnecessary! the community did give a fair bit of criticism to the bedwars sub, but things moved on afterwards, the portal update was unnecessary, but besides that now instead of ranks no you have to pay a subscription for EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. call me broke idc, but i feel like this is legitimately the worst decision cc has ever made. the new shop items i feel have become lower quality, feels halfassed. the cheaters have become rampant, cant join a ffa map without a cheater, meaning sentinel rarely does its job, but above all that now the new lobby layout just looks like microtransaction center.


You guys oughta do something about this.

You're right, the same problems continue, but there are many more purchase items. I wouldn't complain if there were fewer cheaters and less lag, but that's not the case.

You’re not alone many feel the subscription model for every game is too much. Giving players the option between one-time ranks and subscriptions would’ve been a better move. Flexibility builds trust, and right now a lot of long-time players feel ignored.

I feel like there's a higher chance of cubecraft making you pay to join the server than them actually implementing an even kind of game changing suggestion.

This change can feel really frustrating for players who already invested in permanent ranks. The main reason CubeCraft made some modes subscription-based, even BedWars, is to cover the ongoing costs of hosting, updates, and server maintenance. PGs, beta modes, and even popular modes like BedWars require constant work, and subscriptions help ensure these stay online and keep improving. I hope you understand! :)
