nobody really cares about the perks survival games rank give, they only care about the kill effects.

It's a limited game compared to other game modes. In that pack there is a description of the contents, so you don't have to waste your money. The pack is very well suited for the game so there shouldn't be a new update. There's also not enough players for survival games for it to have a huge update. Every rank doesn't have to include a cage or win effect.
