1: In the house opposite from spawn there's a painting upstairs you can walk through
3: In the corner of the little garden outside the spawn house
4: In the corner of the bookshelves downstairs in the house opposite from spawn

The second one is when you do the easy parkour and you are ong the first roof you have a tree on the left and it is in the tree. If that makes sence
