Because it has not been updated ;)

Maybe they will update, but I guess they wont, were half way in 2019

Yes. It is. But it's not broken. It just hasn't been updated yet.

This is a seasonal map, so it only comes once a year for an x amount of days/weeks/months. I don't know the exact amount. That's why they probably forgot to update it.
It's not like it updates automatically.

This is the 2018 World Cup map, hence the France flag at the middle because they won. The year is correct.
