Java Why is skywars full of tryhards?

in skywars everyone tryhard this game.

Skywars is a rush baed gamemode, first one to mid gets bettet gear than others, last one standing wins and if you arent going to try your best why bother playing? I mean being a tryhard isnt a bad thing,

Because skywars NOW (2018/2020) is a rush game. Find some tryhards is a normal thing, Im top 63 of solo skywars and sometimes I like tryhard the games

i haven't played skywars in a while yet but i think it's mostly because the people that are playing rn are getting better and better and the ones that aren't playing constantly don't get that much progress that fast.

It's a very widely played game mode through out all of Minecraft servers so your more than likely have really good and really bad players mixed in the same lobby. That's my theory.
