When will Tower skins come out?

I know that it is advertised in the inventory menu of TD in-game but it has been a while since there has been any notification...
It is one of my favorite games but it would be nice if it was updated.

This game rarely gets updates, so tower skins won't come out yet since the other updates are on high priority. However, I have a partial answer regarding TD updates (undocumented update), so it's possible they may come out sometime this year.

-1 old map was put back in the list (forest grove).

Side-note: I forgot where I read but one of the staff members (either an admin or dev) said that they don't give out actual dates because those are subject to change and they don't want to disappoint the community when a planned update doesn't come out on the expected date.
