Resolved What can I do about my reports always getting denied?

So long story short, whenever my i report someone it's always either denied for lack of evidence (fair enough, but still annoying when you personally for muted for the same thing) but this thread is about my lunar client chat mod problems.
I use LC's Chat mod which allows me to change the opacity of the background, leading to multiple staff members denying my report, and not reinstating it even after i explained what has occured.
The easy answer might be to just disable the mod, right? Well, yes but then the game becomes unplayable because i lose about 70 of my 100 fps just because of the chat.
So it's quite the dilemma as I do want to mute people for saying worse stuff for what I did, or it's not quite fair.

Hey! Lunar client is allowed for reports so it’s weird that they keep getting denied. Make sure you contact the mod that denied and discuss it with them! If you have any further questions let me know :)

Even after I contact them, they stay sturdy that the chat was not open. :(
