Why do we need to give warnings for cyberbullying (just question)? I mean: 1) It's obvious it should be avoided. 2) It's dangerous and sometimes illegal. 3) If a victim doesn't know about the warning rule, they won't be able to seek moderator action against bullies. 4) The rule is abusable (somebody can clearly know bullying is against the rules, he will bully people until told to stop, then he will stop immediatly so he can get away with it). Also, why doesn't advertising need warnings (and why is the mute for that longer than other "more serious" offenses)?
