Why do we need to give warnings for cyberbullying (just question)? I mean: 1) It's obvious it should be avoided. 2) It's dangerous and sometimes illegal. 3) If a victim doesn't know about the warning rule, they won't be able to seek moderator action against bullies. 4) The rule is abusable...
