Why do we need to give warnings for cyberbullying (just question)? I mean:
1) It's obvious it should be avoided.
2) It's dangerous and sometimes illegal.
3) If a victim doesn't know about the warning rule, they won't be able to seek moderator action against bullies.
4) The rule is abusable (somebody can clearly know bullying is against the rules, he will bully people until told to stop, then he will stop immediatly so he can get away with it).
Also, why doesn't advertising need warnings (and why is the mute for that longer than other "more serious" offenses)?

A lot of servers are like this:
You don't need to give warnings prior to a report. If someone committed an offense for the first time, staff will add a warning to their account, which stays on their permanent offense record. Not a punishment, but an automatic way of telling them they are doing something they shouldn't be doing. I think we should also use this method. As stated, a lot of players don't know they need to give warnings, and therefore are unable to report. However if a warning is given anyway, it's an automatic punishment. Anyways, that's my suggestion :).
