Actually I don't see it in the post, all I see is people talking about it. But if he did do it then he did deserve the kick, but not the threats.

Sometimes the ultimatum is the only way to force them out. Most are stubborn to listen.

I read the thread and skimmed through the comments, here are my thoughts:

I can see that @AxelTs isn't fluent in English and have seem to misunderstood on why you wanted to kick puppy and why you needed his vote to do it

Sorry I misunderstood, but there is something that does not convince me, if you could kick her .. why needed my vote? And why did kick me?

He may have thought it was a little unfair and most likely did not understand how the voting system worked.
He also doesn't seem to know much about TD as he was apparently "mage stacking" so you can't really blame him for this.
In my opinion, It would have been better if you guys could have taken the time to teach him and explain in a simple way to get him to understand (or at least try)
I know for a fact many newbies do not click the tutorial so I can understand his frustrations as well. I believe he just couldn't understand fully on why he had to kick someone else and got kicked in return.

Now, AxelTs, you have to also understand that team play here is very important. If someone messes up, your teammates will tell you why and try to correct and guide you. Sometimes you may think you're doing fine and what not but that may not be the case.
One of the few mistakes newbies make is stacking mage and ice towers, it does not work that way and it pisses your team as the space could be used for something better, try to talk it out with your teammate even if you're not fluent in English.
